The discovery

Brand discovery workshop – This internal branding session with key members of your staff uncovers your own perceptions and opinions about the company, its products and services, its market, competitive position and much more. We play therapist and listen while you bear you collective souls in an open forum.

Sales force discovery workshop – Your sales people are front line representatives of your brand, and it’s vitally important that they can accurately communicate your brand message while in the field. If not part of the internal discovery workshop, a separate session will be held with members of your sales force, partner sales reps, customer service reps, etc.–anyone who is responsible for securing and servicing new and existing business.

Brand evaluation – This will include an evaluation your company’s brand, its assets, unique selling points, strengths and weaknesses.

Positioning – We’ll provide you with a positioning that will accurately define your company’s brand in the marketplace, your key assets, and market differentiators.You will also be provided with supporting messaging platforms that can be applied to your sales and communications efforts.

Brand communications direction – This component will provide a clear foundation for the branding and communications direction that will be followed in all of your marketing and sales efforts.
